The word initiative implies that we have taken some - “initiative” that is - and come up with some stuff that we as a church can do that actually meets a need in our community. We can’t do everything but what we can do is try and respond as needs arise. You’ll notice as your read through this list of community initiatives that it is a bit of a mix of the things we do to bless and help others, and the things we do to include, connect with and embrace the folk in our neighborhood.
